Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your treatment we aim to make this simple for you and we provide the following options.
- Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 1 working day.
- Write to us at LA Beautiful, Regent House, 320 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 3DN
- Telephone your local clinic and advise that you wish to cancel.
- Telephone us on (insert number)
In all circumstances we will refund your payment to the card used at the time of purchase within 1 working day of receipt of your request.
If you have bought a course of treatments the whole order will be cancelled and no further payments will be taken.
6.1 LA Beautiful Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
6.2 It is Your responsibility to ensure that you provide the Technician, Doctor or Nurse at the Partner Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment.
6.3 You agree that you will not hold LA Beautiful Ltd or the Partner Clinic liable for any adverse effects, injury or damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such details.
6.4 You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to You on behalf of LA Beautiful Ltd and Partner Clinics by the Technician, Doctor or Nurse regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit the Partner Clinic of liability for death or any personal injury resulting from the Technician, Doctor or Nurse or Partner Clinics negligence.
6.5 Each Clinic has full liability insurance to cover such eventualities and You agree that any action will be exclusively taken against the Partner Clinic and not LA Beautiful Ltd or any of its subsidiaries, partners, suppliers and employees.
Your Right to Complain
7.1 Partner Clinics undergo detailed training to ensure compliance, safety and quality. If you have any reason to complain about any Partner Clinic or the procedure, please address this in writing to LA Beautiful Ltd, Regent House, 320 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull. West Midlands B90 3DN or by email to email@example.com
7.2 We will respond to your complaint or query within 2 working days. We aim to satisfactorily resolve your complaint or issue within 10 working days.
If we do not respond and resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you can make a further complaint to Citizens Advice here https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/
